Are you real estate agents?

   
   

We are not Agents and we are not associated with any Real Estate company. Who are we? We are private buyers. We are people just like you who simply buy houses from people in all sorts of areas all over town in different price ranges and condition. We don't list houses - we buy them!

   
         
   

How can we trust you?

   
   

Trust is either earned through working with someone over time or from hearing good things about that person from people we trust. As in most cases if we don’t have the benefit of time we need to rely on the reputation we have in the market and the people we deal with. The Law firm we use is Gillespie Young Watson and you can have your legal advisor talk to Michael Hofmann-Body to gauge our reputation.

   
         
    Do you arrange financing for the homes you sell?    
    We work with several lending institutions and mortgage brokers. Because Ron has been a mortgage broker himself for several years he is very aware of what the lenders require in order to give our clients a mortgage when the time comes for the ownership to pass onto them.    
   

 

   
    Do I need to qualify to buy a home?    
    Yes, although our criteria are quite different to that of the banks, we do need to understand whether you have the ability to meet your financial obligations. This is important for you as much as for us, as we don’t want to build an unreasonable expectation in you for something you are unable to achieve in the long run.    
         
    How can I buy a home when I have bad credit?    
    That is the great thing about our Rent-to Buy system, because, while you build up the deposit on the programme, your credit history improves provided you don’t continue to fail to make required payments on outstanding debts. So when it comes take over full ownership of the home your report will be acceptable again.    
         
    How much deposit do I need?    
    We are flexible with deposit amounts, and can mostly work out a way for our serious clients to obtain sufficient money for this purpose.    
         
    How does your Rent-to-Own programme work?    
    Our Rent-to-Buy programmes are the best available on the market because we have set them up in such a way that you will take over ownership as soon as possible. This does mean you will probably need to pay a little more during the programme, however, over the life of the programme you will pay much less and you will have far greater flexibility to renovate, sell if you want to.    
         
    I would like to buy a home through your organisation, what is the next step?    
    All we need is your application. You can even fax it or email it to us for fast processing! We will then contact you within 24 to 48 hours once we have been able to verify your income and employment. Please keep in mind that our homes go quickly, so time is of the essence.    
         
    The home I wanted has been sold… can you find me another one?    
    Yes we can. Our homes go fast, so the best thing you can do is fill out the application and be ready when the next opportunity arises. Tell us what you are looking for, how soon you are looking to move and we will do our best to find you your next home. As soon as a home becomes available, we will call or email you about the home.    
         
    Do you work with investors?    
    Yes, we can help you whether you are just beginning or if you are an experienced property owner. We can supply you with properties needing repairs at wholesale prices or those already repaired and with or without tenants occupying them.
